Play with numbers in this thought-provoking workshop which will illuminate Sweet Medicine’s form of numerology as a tool for understanding the natural language of the universe – the “Children’s Twenty Count”. Each number, from 0 to 20, represents a sacred connection to the powers of the universe. By the end of the weekend, you will learn what each number means, how numbers relate to you, and how you can use this information to navigate everyday life. 

Numbers are not simply an expression of quantity; they can also be understood as a representation of rich archetypes and symbology. The study of numbers, or numerology, has become quite commonplace in our modern Western culture, though many ancient cultures have held strong connections to numbers. Some great thinkers like Plato and Pythagoras considered numerology to be the basis of cosmic and inward harmony and the key to understanding the rhythms of the universe. 

The Children’s Count shows us how to move towards inner harmony by helping us to understand the Powers of the Universe – “the Everything”. Each number of the Twenty Count is linked to your relatives – the sun, the earth, the plants, and the animals. You can apply these powers to your life in various ways – just by watching for simple patterns or repetitions in your daily life or looking at special dates like birthdays or anniversaries, you can look to these numbers for a clue to what the Universe is trying to show you (and much, much more!).
